History

Gift Gourmet & Interiors owner Merri Lee Pitkanen began her retail business in 1993 from her own home, designing luxurious gift baskets for a growing clientele. Her knack for selecting unique and beautiful items to suit each recipient brought Gifts & Goodies, as the business was known then, a host of satisfied customers.

Gifts & Goodies rapidly outgrew Merri Lee's living room and became known as Gift Gourmet & Interiors, expanding to include not only Merri Lee's famous gift baskets but also fine china, bedding, candles, and hundreds of other items to add that special touch to customers' home décor. Today, we offer all these things plus a stellar interior design service to help our clients personalize and beautify their surroundings in ways they never dreamed possible.
